One of Kansas City's most famous places is the Nelson-Atkins Museum of art. It is home to the Kansas City icons, Shuttlecocks by Claes Oldenberg. These four 17 foot tall shuttlecocks have been a part of Kansas City's facade since 1994. This is a close up view looking up from behind one of the Shuttlecocks with the strong contrast from the light of day.
